Since 1905, passion and tradition have been passed down from father to son for over a century at Domaine Pascal & Richard Jaume.
The vineyard is tended with the greatest of care, using reasoned, sustainable, and responsible vineyard management practices.

The History
Since 1905, the passion and the tradition have been perpetuated for more than a century: in the eighties by Pascal and Richard and today, Anthony, Vincent and Audrey, the fifth generation has joined the Family story.

Les Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages et les Vinsobres offrent chaque année des vins et un Cru reconnu à travers le monde pour sa fraîcheur et sa finesse. Afin d'obtenir des saveurs à la fois fruitées et structurées et fraîches, les vendanges sont une étape clef de la production du vin rouge, rosé et blanc. Comment sont réalisées les vendanges à Vinsobres ?
La fin de l’été en Provence approche de plus en plus. Ce plat rafraîchissant de spaghettis au crabe froid vient à la rescousse avec des segments acidulés de mandarine juteuse et utilise juste une cuillère à café de moutarde de Dijon pour créer une sauce crémeuse et équilibrée. Le piment d’Espelette ajoute une touche de piquant tandis que la touche de menthe, de basilic et de persil souligne la douceur inhérente du crabe frais.
