Having selected the finest terroirs of the Rhone Valley, the Jaume family produce outstanding wines aged in their own cellars. This choice corresponds to the rigour of the environmentally respectful methods that take into account the individual characteristics of the terroirs, to which we are particularly attached.
We put the focus on the freshness of the terroir to obtain high quality, pleasurable wines that resemble the typicity of our estate, but which each reflect the expression of their terroir. It is our way of sharing some of our wonderful discoveries.
Crozes-Hermitage
A land of admirable diversity dominated by constant wind that tempers the heat of summer and brings good weather all year round.
The vineyard on the heights of the Mercurol hills, with its soils of red clay, produces the perfect expression of Syrah.
Gigondas
A highly renowned appellation considered the cradle of Grenache grown at altitude.
Set in the most stunning of landscapes, the vines of our selection are at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, at the "Pas de l'Aigle" on a unique, structured soil of grey limestone.
Saint-Joseph
Granite and vertiginous slopes characterise the place where the vines we have selected grow, on the right bank of the Rhone. .
These Syrah vines benefit from a temperate, well-ventilated climate.
