Famille Jaume - Gigondas

Terroir : stony, limestone clay hillsides of the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Average age of vines : 45 ans.
Grenache : 80%, Syrah : 20%
The grapes are picked by hand and destemmed. Traditional vinification with rack and return and pumping over. Matured in large wooden vats for l2 months.
Best consumed in seven years. Serve at between 16 et 18° C
