Aromas of the Garrigue and red fruits in this smooth, well-structured and balanced wine typical of Gigondas
- Terroir : stony, limestone clay hillsides of the Dentelles de Montmirail.
- Average age of vines : 45 ans.
- Grenache : 80%, Syrah : 20%
- The grapes are picked by hand and destemmed. Traditional vinification with rack and return and pumping over. Matured in large wooden vats for l2 months.
- Best consumed in seven years. Serve at between 16 et 18° C
