A beautiful dark ruby red that combines power and elegance with its notes of fresh fruits, forest floor and leather with a long lingering finish.
- Grenache - Syrah
- An altitude terroir made up equal parts of alluvial sand and clay. Selected south, south-east facing parcels benefitting from slow manturities.
- Hand and machine picked with rigorous sorting. Total destemming and partial crushing. Vinification in tempe-rature controlled stainless steel vats for 10 to 14 days.
- Best consumed within 3 to 6 years. Serve between 16 to 18°C.
